EBAN 2.2 for Mass Drive Wiping is available as a yearly renewable license. It comes as either a site license (single site) or as an enterprise license (multiple sites). Pricing for EBAN 2.2 for Mass Drive Wiping is determined by anticipated yearly volume and number of sites for deployment. When you request onsite data destruction service, an EBAN Certified Technician comes to your site with a mobile data destruction server. Prior to arrival, computers and servers marked for data destruction are stacked or stored by your staff in an area where the LAN port and power plug are accessible on each machine. The data destruction server is hooked to the LAN ports of the equipment and power is run to the computers. The technician will usually destroy data on 30-45 units per batch until all the units are processed. An EBAN Certified Technician can typically sanitize 100-150 computers per day, depending on hard drive sizes.

At the end of the data destruction process, the EBAN technician will provide your company with a detailed report of all hard drives overwritten.

Onsite data destruction quickly pays for itself in terms of saved staff resources and professional risk mitigation. Pricing is dependent on volume to be wiped.

We offer cost effective hard drive overwriting. The EBAN solution provides your organization with a detailed, serialized confirmation report for compliance. This report includes the make, model and serial number of each drive successfully overwritten. Any drive that fails during the overwrite process will be physically destroyed using our proprietary shredding equipment.

In addition to sending loose hard drives, your organization can send all IT equipment and other related electronics to GEEP for full asset services. In some cases, data destruction service fees can be offset against equipment with residual value.
